Great to meet you!

The journey to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line for me—I arrived here after walking many different paths in my life. For me, being a therapist isn’t about being an expert who sits above you. It’s about someone you can feel warm with, open with, and safe around.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, experiential, and humanistic, grounded in authenticity and compassion. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I draw from a variety of modalities to meet your unique needs. My style blends practical tools with deeper exploration.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what feels most important to you right now, and I’ll also explain how I work so you know what to expect. Starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking—that’s completely normal. My intention is simply to offer a safe, supportive space where you can arrive just as you are.
