Great to meet you!

I specialize in being your partner to release the grip of the past, process grief, and find meaning in your life. You will be able to accept yourself as you are to live a life that is of your own choosing- of your own volition.

My approach to therapy

In my work with you, my approach may oscillate between being: directive, explorative, goal-oriented, interpersonal, conversational or we may simply share presence together. You can always expect me to be transparent, compassionate, and engage you with unconditional positive regard.

What you can expect from me

We will meet weekly or biweekly to shine light on the problems you are experiencing while working on ways that will help you navigate them.

Then you will live a life of your own choosing- My goal is that you find our work reparative and liberating where you implement small changes to your daily life and reflect back on your progress.
