Odeline holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is trained in trauma-informed therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma (sexual, emotional, and physical), grief and loss, work burnout, bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and life transitions, helping clients build healthier coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience.
