I am double board certified as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & and Family Nurse Practitioner by then American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). I received my Master of Science Nursing from Rutgers University, and my Post Master's Certification from Wilkes University. I have decades of experience in healthcare. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adults. My practice is grounded in a holistic understanding of mental health, integrating both medical and therapeutic perspectives to support your overall well-being. I have particular interest in helping clients manage; anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, ADHD, relationship and family issues.

Mental health is personal and influenced by many factors such as cultural, religion and family dynamics. I strive to create a safe, respectful, non judgemental environment where you feel heard and supported. Whether you are seeking medication management, therapy, or both, l am her to assist you in your mental health journey.
