Great to meet you!

🌿 Now Accepting New Clients! 🌿

Life can be overwhelming sometimes — balancing responsibilities, relationships, and self-care isn’t easy. I get it. I know what it’s like to navigate change, uncertainty, and emotional ups and downs while still wanting to grow and feel grounded.

As a licensed mental health provider with a strong background in crisis care — and as a divorced mom of four amazing adult kids — I bring both professional expertise and real-life understanding to my work. I’ve supported clients through anxiety, depression, family stress, relationship struggles, and major life transitions, always with empathy and respect for each person’s unique story.

My approach is authentic, collaborative, and compassionate. Clients often tell me they feel seen, safe, and supported — like they can finally take a breath and just be themselves. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you: healing, balance, and personal growth.

This is a judgment-free space where you can talk openly, explore who you are, and create change at your own pace. If medication becomes part of your journey, we’ll discuss it together to make sure your treatment plan truly fits you — your goals, your values, and your life.

My approach to therapy

I've been fortunate to work with individuals in many different settings, from outpatient clinics to inpatient care, and each person’s story is unique. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to help you build the life you want. My goal is to support and empower you as you move toward your personal definition of wellness and growth.

"I Listen. Support. Empower."

What you can expect from me

"During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We'll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brings you in, and start exploring your goals. My focus is on building a strong, trusting relationship where you're heard, respected, and supported. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, a few practical tools, and the reassurance that you don’t have to do this alone. Your care will always be guided by your values, needs, and personal goals."
