Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience across acute care, leadership, and education. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, and complex mental health needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a safe space to be heard. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan that feels realistic, supportive, and centered around your goals.

My approach to therapy

I work in a warm, collaborative, and straightforward way. I take time to listen, explain things in simple terms, and make sure you feel involved in every decision about your care.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD (children and adults), and trauma-related concerns. I focus on whole-person care, not just symptoms.

My goal is to help you feel more stable, confident, and in control in a way that fits your real life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free space. I’ll ask questions to understand your concerns, history, and goals, and I’ll explain things in simple, clear terms.

By the end, we’ll identify your top priorities and create a realistic plan. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps.
