Great to meet you!

My work is rooted in helping individuals better understand themselves, manage stress, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and substance use, as well as supporting professionals who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotional regulation skills to help clients build awareness, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I believe that therapy should not only provide insight, but also give you tools you can use in real time—especially in moments when emotions feel overwhelming or decisions feel difficult. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and focused on helping clients build awareness and develop practical skills they can use in real time. I work from the understanding that many challenges—such as anxiety, depression, burnout, or relationship difficulties—are not just about what is happening externally, but how we are processing and responding internally.

I primarily use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and emotional regulation strategies, to help clients identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. From there, we work together to challenge unhelpful thinking, improve coping skills, and create more intentional responses rather than reacting automatically under stress.

A key focus in my work is helping clients slow down and build awareness in high-pressure or emotionally intense moments. When we can pause, understand what is happening internally, and respond with clarity, it often leads to more confident decisions and healthier outcomes. Therapy becomes not just a place to talk, but a space to practice these skills so they can be applied in everyday life.

I tailor my approach to each individual, meeting you where you are while also providing gentle structure and guidance. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and equipped to navigate life with greater confidence and emotional stability.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, structured, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin getting a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. You don’t need to have everything figured out—part of my role is to help you organize your thoughts and identify what matters most.

I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, patterns, and how your symptoms are showing up in your daily life. Together, we’ll begin identifying initial goals and areas of focus, whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving mood, managing stress, or navigating a specific life challenge.

I also like to provide early insight and practical tools when appropriate, so many clients leave the first session with something they can begin applying right away. My goal is for you to walk away feeling heard, understood, and more clear about both what’s going on and how we can work through it together.

Overall, you can expect a balance of listening, guidance, and collaboration—creating a space where you feel comfortable, but also supported in making meaningful progress.
