Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Ofelia Oundjian. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s emotional and relational challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use concerns, parenting stress, and relationship difficulties. My path into therapy began with a genuine curiosity about people and the ways our experiences shape how we think, feel, connect, and cope. I’ve always valued creating space for others to feel safe enough to be vulnerable, understood, and accepted without judgment. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a passion for helping people better understand themselves and the patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, self-exploration, and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates psychodynamic, attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-informed therapies to help clients gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a clinician is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly seen, heard and valued for who they are. I see the clients as experts in their own lives and value their input in shaping the direction of our work together.
