Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Ogechi Lebeanya, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, providing care to children (6+), teens, and adults across South Carolina and Texas. I help clients manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, and burnout through personalized, evidence-based care.

If you’ve been struggling to focus, feeling overwhelmed, or constantly overthinking, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it by yourself. Many of my clients feel mentally exhausted, disorganized, or stuck, and are looking for clarity, structure, and relief.

I specialize in ADHD evaluations and medication management, helping you better understand your symptoms and develop a treatment plan that fits your daily life.

My approach is calm, supportive, and collaborative. I take time to listen, explain options clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care.

My goal is to help you feel more focused, emotionally balanced, and in control again. I offer secure telehealth appointments and am currently accepting new patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is personalized, supportive, and collaborative. I take time to truly listen and understand your concerns, symptoms, and goals before making any recommendations.

I provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management, while also helping you develop practical strategies to manage daily challenges like focus, stress, and emotional regulation.

I believe care should feel clear and not overwhelming, so I explain options in a simple, straightforward way and involve you in every decision.

My goal is to help you feel more balanced, focused, and in control in a way that fits your lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation where we focus on understanding you as a whole person. We’ll review your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what you’re hoping to improve.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of what’s going on, and you’ll have plenty of space to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure or judgment.

If appropriate, we’ll discuss possible diagnoses and begin creating a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication options and practical strategies to support your daily life.

I’ll also take time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions you have, so you leave the session feeling informed, comfortable, and confident about next steps.
