I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner across the life span (children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics), who is focused on holistic patient-centered mental health treatment. I have an extensive mental health background which includes inpatient, outpatient, crisis interventions, corrections and substance abuse. I have a masters in nursing informatics and a post-masters certificate as a PMHNP. My areas of professional expertise includes substance use disorder, dual diagnosis, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, sleep disturbances, anger management and ADHD.

My approach to treatment is a holistic patient-centered care integrating biological and psychological interventions to manage mental health.

What you can expect from me

The first session would include a comprehensive assessment, diagnosing and developing a personalized treatment plan that often will include a combination of medication management and psychotherapy. The goal overtime is to build a therapeutic patient-provider relationship that is centered on providing quality patient care.
