Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Ola.

Do you feel pulled, stressed, and hopeless, unable to find balance and healthy skills? Are you struggling to maintain your relationships, work, and mental health? Is it hard to show yourself compassion?

I help diverse individuals manage life stressors and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a holistic and individualized approach to address the needs of your mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy

As a strength-based clinician, I use skills to identify strengths to promote resilience. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational interviewing techniques. I often include Narrative, Solution Focused, and other therapies that meet clients' needs. However, as a person-centered clinician, your needs will determine the method.

What you can expect from me

Each session will focus on your most important concerns and goals. The first session will focus on getting to know you and your goals. This session will cover background information and the reason for seeking therapy. After the first session, we will focus on achieving what you want from treatment. Throughout our journey together, I will provide a supportive environment.
