Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, pre- and postnatal depression and anxiety, addiction, and trauma. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, shame, or the pressure to have everything figured out.
And yes, I’m an NYC girl living in Texas—so you’ll get it straight, but always with care. I’m compassionate, honest, and willing to have the conversations that may be uncomfortable but necessary for growth. My goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life; it’s to help you understand yourself, recognize your strengths, break through patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and make choices that move you toward the life you want.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University in New York in 2010. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments. I’ve learned that healing doesn’t always happen in a straight line—and you don’t have to have it all together to begin.
My mission is to empower you to facilitate transformation in your own life. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and genuine connection, while working at a pace that feels right for you.
If you’re ready to stop simply surviving and start feeling more like yourself again, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
