Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ola, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, and everyday stress. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to begin, or frustrated by treatments that haven’t fully helped. They’re looking for care that feels both professional and genuinely supportive.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Clients often describe me as approachable and easy to talk to. I listen closely, explain things clearly, and help turn insight into meaningful, practical steps while providing thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care.

I specialize in psychiatric medication management and incorporate supportive and skills-based therapy when appropriate. My goal is not only symptom relief, but helping you build stability, confidence, and a greater sense of control over time.

Whether you are starting medication for the first time or reassessing your current treatment plan, I will meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable. If you are looking for care that is supportive, empowering, and focused on long-term wellness, I would be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic, person centred approach to psychiatric care. Because mental health is deeply personal, I take the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals. I provide a thoughtful blend of medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy to help you achieve meaningful and lasting progress.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I believe your voice is an essential part of the treatment process, and together we will create a care plan that aligns with your needs, lifestyle, and personal values. My goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I believe mental health care goes beyond treating symptoms. During our time together, we will look at the bigger picture, including stress, sleep, relationships, work, and other factors that may be affecting your well being. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression and trauma related conditions.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based care. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together towards meaningful and lasting improvement.
