My approach integrates medical expertise with a deep understanding of the human experience — offering support for those navigating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mood disorders, Premenstrual Dysphoria, Post Partum Depression, Trauma, and Life transitions.

I believe that healing begins with validation and respect. Every treatment plan is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in open communication, ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your mental-health journey.

My approach to therapy

During our first session, we will begin with introductions and take time to discuss your current concerns and challenges. I will complete a comprehensive review of your mental health history, symptoms, past and current treatments, and personal goals. This collaborative assessment allows me to develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Depending on your presenting concerns, treatment may include medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. Throughout care, I place strong emphasis on empowering you with practical behavioral strategies and coping tools to support emotional balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

I provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a safe, HIPAA-compliant virtual environment grounded in trust, open communication, and collaboration. My goal is to partner with you in your healing journey and support meaningful, sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

You can expect compassionate, evidence-based follow-up care designed to help you feel supported and in control of your treatment journey.

1. Personalized Medication Plan: You’ll understand why each medication is recommended, potential benefits, and side-effect management.

2. Open, Judgment-Free Communication: I foster gender-affirming and trauma-informed dialogue, ensuring that your identity and lived experiences are always respected in every decision we make together.

3. Follow-Up and Ongoing Support

Expect a follow-up appointment within 2–4 weeks (or sooner if clinically indicated) to evaluate how you’re responding to medication. Adjustments are made collaboratively to optimize your mental health and overall well-being.

🌈 4. Whole-Person, Inclusive Care

5. Empowerment Through Education

You’ll receive education about your diagnosis, coping tools, and ways to track mood, sleep, and side effects. I believe informed patients make empowered choices—every step of the way.

Our work together is focused on helping you experience meaningful symptom relief and improved daily functioning. Treatment is designed to reduce emotional distress, enhance coping skills, and support your ability to function more effectively at work, in relationships, and in daily life.

Through a personalized, evidence-based approach, you can expect:

  • Gradual alleviation of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, mood instability, or stress
  • Improved focus, emotional regulation, and resilience
  • Enhanced ability to manage daily responsibilities and life transitions
  • Increased insight, confidence, and overall quality of life Progress looks different for everyone, and care is adjusted collaboratively based on your needs, goals, and response to treatment. The focus is on sustainable improvement, not quick fixes.
