Great to meet you!

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can bring your full self without fear of being dismissed or misunderstood. I don’t come in as the expert in your life—I believe that is your role—while my job is to help identify the patterns or themes that may be interfering with your ability to grow and become who you are capable of becoming. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where we explore the beliefs and experiences that shape your life while also building on the strengths and resilience you already carry. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your story, offering both insight and practical tools to help you move forward. Whether you are navigating trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper peace, I will walk alongside you with care, hope, and a belief in your ability to heal and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is a conversational and collaborative approach aimed at helping my clients better understand themselves. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a dialogue rather than an interrogation, so sessions often feel like meaningful conversations where your voice leads the way. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while also highlighting the strengths and resilience you already possess. I don’t position myself as the expert in your life; instead, I see my role as a partner who helps you gain clarity, insight, and new tools for growth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make changes that bring more balance and peace into your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space where the focus is on getting to know you—your story, what brings you here, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background and current challenges, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Together, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and talk about how we might work together. My priority is making sure you feel safe, supported, and heard.
