Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a compassionate nurse practitioner who believes that mental health care should feel supportive, collaborative, and personalized. I work with children, adolescents, and families, meeting each client where they are and helping them build practical tools for lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered and holistic. I take the time to understand each person’s unique experiences, concerns, and goals, then work together to create a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of both. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share what you’ve been experiencing and what you hope to accomplish. We’ll discuss your history, current concerns, and goals, and begin developing a personalized plan for your care. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about the next steps.
