Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I provide care to individuals across the lifespan and have expertise treating different psychiatry diagnosis. I have been in the nursing field for about 13 years. I’ve been in the Psych field for about 7 years and practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, over 3 years.

I truly enjoy what I do—not just because I have the opportunity to help others, but because I find deep fulfilment in listening to people’s stories, understanding their challenges, and recognizing the strength they've shown in navigating their mental health. My role is to help explore options and alternatives that align with each person’s unique needs and lifestyle.

I’m known for being warm, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping others. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

A bit about my approach to therapy

A holistic framework that considers biological, psychological, and social factors in diagnosis and treatment incorporating pharmacological and non-pharmacological approach.
