I am a companion, thought partner and support person in your journey of self-inquiry, reflection and healing. I have worked in many settings- child welfare, victim services, restorative justice programming and clinical practices. My clients include children and families, young adults, immigrants, and survivors of all forms of violence including frontline staff and first responders. I also offer support with navigating relationship and career transitions, anxiety and everyday life stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers the innate knowledge of the individual and the communities they come from. It is strengths-based, humanistic and focuses on building structures and practices that strengthen their capacity to reach future goals.
