My name is Olayinka Daramola. I am a psych nurse practitioner, also called a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am trained to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions in patients, including providing therapy and prescribing medications. Practice is focused on patient-centered care by developing comprehensive treatment plans that are based on individual needs.
I am a result-focused, dedicated and detailed oriented psychiatric mental health provider. I combine medication and psychotherapy in treatment management and interventions of various mental health conditions. Other approaches used in plan of care include, community support, prioritizing self-care and collaborative care-based interventions (working together with family members and other professional providers to provide optimal care to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
