Great to meet you!

As a dually certified provider, I offer a unique blend of clinical precision and compassionate, holistic care for both the body and soul. My journey began in 1995 as a nurse, followed by earning my medical degree in 2002 and completing a residency in General Pathology in Postgraduate Education Academy, Kharkov, Ukraine, which provided me with a profound understanding of the biological foundations of health. In 2006, I met my future husband and moved to the United States.

In the United States, I advanced my nursing career, working as a Registered Nurse and becoming a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2019. During this time, I managed complex primary care and detoxification protocols for adults and adolescents in behavioral health inpatient settings. In 2024, I achieved my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

My approach to therapy

My extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings serving

  • Crisis Stabilization: Serving at the Whatcom County Crisis Triage/Center for Hope, where I provided urgent care for acute psychiatric symptoms and substance use stabilization.
  • Integrated Care: Managing dual-diagnosis clients in outpatient settings, bridging the gap between physical health and mental wellness.
  • Holistic Advocacy: Implementing evidence-based treatments that respect the interconnectedness of a patient’s life story, environment, and personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Instead of mass-produced medicine, I choose to pave an individual path and walk it alongside you. Our first session is a collaborative journey to find the right treatment that lifts the load of worry from your shoulders.

My approach integrates:

  • Personalized Medication: Finding the specific 'pill' or treatment that truly fits your unique biology and needs.
  • Integrative Psychotherapy: Gaining a perspective that restores balance and meaning to your life.
  • Harmonized Regimen: Designing a plan that complements your existing life and treatments, bringing complete harmony to your daily routine.

I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and understood. Let's work together to create a regimen that doesn't just manage symptoms but puts your life back into perspective.
