Olga Avitia

Hello, my name is Olga Avitia and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I work with clients with anxiety disorders using techniques to help clients achieve relief from their symptoms. I provide compassionate and effective care targeted to each client’s unique needs.

My approach is grounded in using evidence based practice integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to overcome their challenges and improve their overall well-being through targeted interventions.

I focus on building rapport and listening to my clients needs. I foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to help clients take charge of their mental health and gain confidence in their ability to handle anxiety-provoking situations. I work at my clients pace and help them build the skills that will help lessen their anxiety.
