Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with people who have experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many of my clients carry wounds rooted in early relationships, attachment disruptions, or experiences of betrayal, where trust, safety, and emotional connection were compromised. Clients who resonate with the idea that the body holds unprocessed emotional experiences benefit greatly from my approach. Through a compassionate, attuned therapeutic relationship, we gently explore how these experiences live in both the body and the mind. By fostering safety, connection, and awareness, clients begin to recognize long-standing patterns of coping and self-protection. Over time, this work supports greater emotional regulation, reduced anxiety and depressive symptoms, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of self-trust and inner stability.

My approach to therapy

I offer trauma oriented therapies such as EMDR, Schema/IFS and somatic approach to support healing of the mind and body.

What you can expect from me

Healing happens when both the mind and body feel safe enough to process what has been held for too long. With years of experience in EMDR, parts work, and somatic approaches, I’ve developed a unique, integrative approach that supports clients in healing trauma, anxiety, and relational wounds. My work creates space for reconnecting with inner wisdom, resilience, spirituality, and a deeper sense of meaning.
