Great to meet you!

Hi! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s often the most important one. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, bilingual in English and Spanish, with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals across diverse settings, including clinics, schools, hospitals, and residential programs. I specialize in dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, and related mental health concerns, and I am committed to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds work toward their personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported from the very beginning. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, or other emotional challenges, we will work together to better understand what you’re facing and identify practical steps toward healing and stability.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on introductions and understanding the concerns that brought you to therapy. From there, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan to guide our work together. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable, respected, and heard.
