Hi, I'm Olga. I am a radically compassionate grief therapist. I help women, couples, and families struggling with intense or life-altering diagnosis, illness, and loss. I offer radically compassionate, expert grief care for the heart-hurt of grief and loss without pseudo-positivity or spiritual bypass.
People work with me to hold the love in their loss, improve their relationships with themselves and others, and build the inner capacity to live with intention in a life changed by loss. I offer long-form individual therapy, short-form couples & family therapy, and free peer support groups in North Chesterfield, Virginia & online. I specialize in, practice personally, and train other therapists in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, a mindfulness-based therapy where action leads the way to purposeful, heart-forward living and being.
In our first session, we start to get to know each other. Over time, you can expect to build inner capacity to feel your spectrum of feelings, be present with the moment, and meaningfully connect with who and what you love.
