
Hi, I'm Olga. I am a radically compassionate women's grief therapist. I help women struggling with emotions, who know that feeling feelings is valid but find themselves overwhelmed, internally chaotic, and feeling lost after life-altering loss. I offer radically compassionate, expert grief care for the heart-hurt of grief and loss without pseudo-positivity or spiritual bypass.
Women work with me to process grief without shutting down, improve relationship with self from condemning self-criticism to functional & balanced self-compassion, and summon the courage & skill to act meaningfully in a mortal life changed by loss. I offer individual therapy & free peer support groups to help women build the inner reservoir to hold all of their feelings with skill, self-nurturing that supports themselves as they nurture others, and inner strength to intentionally live toward inner true north through all seasons of life. I specialize in ACT, a mindfulness-based behavioral therapy.
