Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Olga Vega, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker 10 years of experience supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges. I hold a master’s degree in social work from the Pontifical Catholic University in Puerto Rico, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

I provide individual therapy and personalized, one-on-one support to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and confidential environment. Through evidence-based techniques, clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being. Sessions focus on addressing specific challenges, enhancing self-awareness, and building skills to manage stress, relationships, and life transitions effectively.

I am passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I work closely with clients to create a safe and supportive space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgment.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress management. I often integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, the humanistic approach, and solution-focused therapy to meet clients where they are. My style is warm and empathetic, yet goal-oriented. I work with clients to identify strengths, clarify goals, and build practical skills they can use both in and outside of sessions.

Ultimately, my goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate challenges, enhance self-awareness, and achieve personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where we focus on getting to know you, your unique experiences, and your goals for therapy. We will discuss your concerns, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying the challenges you want to address.

I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll set initial goals and outline a plan for how therapy can support your personal growth, coping skills, and overall well-being. By the end of the first session, you would have a clearer understanding of the process, feel heard, and leave with actionable steps or strategies to begin working toward positive change.
