Great to meet you!

As an LCSW with a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin, I'm deeply committed to providing culturally competent and inclusive therapy services to individuals from diverse backgrounds. With a focus on serving BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities, I'm dedicated to addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by marginalized populations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in providing therapy for those struggling with addiction, criminal justice involvement, depression, and anxiety. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and social justice, as I work collaboratively with clients to navigate the intersections of identity, culture, and mental health.

What you can expect from our first session

I am committed to serving BIPOC communities with compassion, cultural humility, and social justice advocacy. Focusing on healing and empowerment, I strive to create a safe, affirming therapeutic space where individuals can thrive, reclaim their narratives, and build resilient futures. I aim to amplify the voices and experiences of marginalized individuals. You will leave me being the best version of yourself!
