Great to meet you!

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to meet each client with compassion and curiosity, honoring their unique story while helping them develop the tools they need to move forward. Whether I am working with children, teens, or adults, my goal is to help each person feel more confident in who they are and more hopeful about where they’re going.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate the many transitions and turning points in their lives. My work centers on helping clients build confidence and self-esteem, process complex emotions, and move toward a clearer, more empowered sense of self.

I provide a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where clients can safely explore both present-day challenges and the deeper roots of those struggles. Many people come to me wanting to understand and confront patterns shaped by past family dysfunction. Together, we examine these experiences with compassion and clarity so that old wounds no longer dictate current choices. Through this process, clients begin to strengthen their self-worth, reconnect with their values, and feel more confident in their own identity.
