Great to meet you!

I became an LPCC because I felt a calling to help my fellow military veterans. My aim has always been to work with veterans and their family members, and I've done that. What started out as a calling to help a specific population has turned into a passion to help as many people as I can, and I am intent on doing this through my private practice.

My approach to therapy

My practice approach draws from person-centered therapy, attachment theory, the Gottman Method for couples therapy, structural family therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

What you can expect from me

In the past, I've helped couples on the verge of breaking up stay together and reinvigorate their commitment to each other. I've helped children overcome bullying at school, I've helped despondent clients build their self-esteem, and I've helped single clients who suffer from social anxiety navigate the confusing world of dating.
