Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy. I work at Waterloo Counseling Center and have a private practice in Austin, TX. I have worked with survivors of complex trauma for over a decade and specializes in providing body-oriented trauma therapy that integrates and honors the whole person. I am passionate about helping individuals find their voice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work primarily with clients who struggle with depression or trauma related to their past. The majority of my clients are motivated, individuals who want to better understand how their past has impacted them. I also work with children who have experienced traumatic events, providing sand tray, EMDR, and art therapy. (I love providing those therapy techniques to adults too!)
