I have worked in various settings including but not limited to schools, courtrooms, home-based therapy, substance recovery programs, juvenile detention centers and more. It could talking for one person and coping for another but lets see what meets your individual(s) need.

I use narrative and client-centered approach to provide what best meets the client's needs which may include but not limited to cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT).
