Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Olivia, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—even when life feels messy, overwhelming, or hard to put into words. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and overwhelming emotions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, build practical tools for coping, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable. I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and strive to offer a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed care, while recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I work with clients to better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns, while also building practical tools to navigate life outside of the therapy room. I believe meaningful growth happens through a balance of compassion, curiosity, and gentle challenge, and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported while working toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is getting to know you and beginning to understand what brings you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to discuss. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and exploring what support might be most helpful, while leaving room for those goals to grow and change over time. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of what our work together could look like.
