Great to meet you!

(Please Reach Out If Needing Additional Scheduling Times)

Hi, I’m Olivia - and I’m here to help you feel more like you again.

You might be holding it all together on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story:

  • Constantly overwhelmed by school, work, or life choices
  • Feeling like something’s missing, even when you “should” feel fine
  • Stuck in patterns that leave you unfulfilled or disconnected
  • Tired of trying to be who everyone else expects you to be

If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken - you’re just exhausted from carrying too much for too long!

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re questioning your path, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling lost in your identity, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

In our work together, you’ll have a space to slow down, speak freely, and untangle the emotional weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what it might feel like to finally be seen and supported for who you really are.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in real-life tools you can use outside of therapy. We’ll build emotional resilience, self-trust, and strategies that help you feel grounded in your own life again - and we’ll do it at a pace that feels right for you.

A bit about me: I live in Victoria, Texas, and when I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside - walking my dog, horseback riding, or finding new trails to explore. I’m also a big fan of discovering hidden gem food spots wherever I go.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on you - your story, your struggles, and the parts of you that maybe haven’t had space to breathe until now.

I work from a holistic, client-centered lens, which means I consider your mind, body, identity, and lived experiences when building a plan that actually fits you. Whether you’re feeling stuck in burnout cycles, disconnected in your relationships, overwhelmed by expectations, or unsure of who you really are - this space is for you.

Our work will be collaborative, practical, and tailored to what you need most. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR Trained), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you build insight, emotional regulation, and tools you can carry into everyday life. We'll explore the patterns holding you back—and create new ones that move you forward.Above all, my goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported — not just as a client, but as a whole human being.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel seen - not just for what you’re struggling with, but for who you are beneath the overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout.

In our sessions, we’ll go beyond surface-level symptom management. You’ll gain:

  • Deeper self-awareness to understand your patterns, needs, and identity
  • Practical tools to manage stress, emotions, and relationships more effectively
  • A stronger sense of self so you can make decisions that actually feel aligned with you
  • Space to explore what fulfillment and connection really mean for your life

My goal isn’t to give you a to-do list or quick fixes - it’s to help you build lasting inner shifts that support meaningful change. Whether we’re unpacking old wounds, navigating family dynamics, or rewriting your inner narrative, you’ll leave sessions feeling grounded, supported, and empowered to move forward.
