Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Olivia — and I’m here to help you feel more like you again.

I work with young adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, realationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself lately, you're not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

In our first few sessions, you’ll have a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what’s weighing on you. We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s not, and what healing could look like — together, we’ll build coping tools and set goals that support your growth and wellbeing.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in real-life tools you can start using right away. Healing can be hard work, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time — we’ll move at a pace that honors you.

A bit about me: I currently live in Victoria, Texas, and outside of therapy, I love spending time outdoors — walking my dog, horseback riding, and exploring new trails. I’m also always on the hunt for great local food spots!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is all about you — your experiences, your needs, and your journey. I take a holistic, client-centered approach, meaning I consider your mind, body, and spirit when creating a plan that feels right for you. Together, we'll explore practical tools and strategies to help you cope, gain self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. I often integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support you in reaching your goals. Most importantly, my goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to gain deeper self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and a stronger sense of empowerment in your life. Together, we'll work on developing tools to help you navigate challenges, break unhelpful patterns, and foster emotional well-being. My holistic approach focuses on creating balance in your mind, body, and spirit, allowing space for meaningful growth and transformation. Most importantly, you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped to take positive steps toward your goals.
