Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges and high-stress environments. I have supported clients through complex situations including trauma, grief, and major life changes.

I value creating a space where you feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want you to feel supported and leave sessions with a clearer understanding of yourself and tools you can use in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I tailor sessions to each individual, and I believe therapy should be both supportive and productive. We'll take time to understand your patterns, thoughts, and emotions to help enhance your ability to navigate life's challenges and manage interpersonal relationships.

I tend to be an active and engaged therapist. I'll ask questions, offer observations, and help guide you toward insight, but always at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your life outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a sense of comfort and trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been feeling challenging, and what you're hoping to get out of this process.

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say - I'll help guide the conversation. I'll also ask some questions to better understand your background, stressors, and goals. My goal by the end of our first session is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little less alone in whatever you're dealing with.
