Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or chronic illness, you're not alone. You may appear high-functioning but still feel stuck or disconnected inside. You might be seeking ways to feel more grounded, improve emotional balance, and build stronger connections. I offer individual virtual therapy sessions to clients in California and Colorado, providing a safe, supportive space to explore your struggles without judgement. With practical tools, guidance, and a collaborative approach, I help clients reduce distress, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I blend a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Trauma-Informed Somatic practices, Neuroscience Psychoeducation, and Harm Reduction to help you build practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and connect deeper with yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we'll explore your current challenges and past experiences. You can expect to leave sessions feeling seen and understood, with concrete goals and coping skills to improve your wellbeing.
