Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what you’re going through without judgment. I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and other life challenges across outpatient and higher levels of care.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be personalized to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. I often use psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches to explore how past experiences and relationships may influence how we think, feel, and relate to others today, while also incorporating CBT, DBT, and psychoeducation to build practical tools for navigating current challenges. My goal is to help you develop greater insight and the skills and confidence to apply what you learn in therapy to your everyday life. Depending on your age and needs, I may also incorporate play therapy or art therapy, always working collaboratively so you feel supported and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share what has been bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. We’ll talk about your goals and begin identifying ways therapy can best support you moving forward. Most importantly, I want you to feel welcomed and comfortable in a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. From there, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
