Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I believe that by prioritizing your mental health, you can achieve anything you want to accomplish in life. Seeking help can be difficult, and congratulations on being brave enough to take that first step. I have a 5-year history of working within the psychiatric field and am here for you to help find a solution if you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, or ADHD.

My approach to therapy

No two people are the same, and I believe that is especially true when it comes to care. I am here to offer my clients a warm, nonjudgmental environment where we can partner together to work toward the goals that you decide on. I am here to listen, support, and advocate for you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

To get things started, I'd like to get to know you better. Psychiatric care extends far beyond simple medication management; I'd like to know what your goals are and what you are hoping to achieve during treatment. During this time, please feel free to ask me any questions as well, because it is important to me that you feel secure and comfortable during our time together, and you can decide if this relationship would be a good fit for you, too.
