Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

My clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem challenges, and adjustment difficulties. I also have experience supporting individuals facing crisis situations and helping clients develop healthy coping strategies.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University and am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I provide evidence-based, culturally responsive, and ethical care. I strive to create an inclusive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences feel safe, valued, and empowered throughout the counseling process.

My goal is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to help you move toward greater emotional wellness, confidence, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person is unique, which is why I tailor therapy to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. Together, we will identify the concerns that brought you to therapy, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My priority is creating a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.

During our first meeting, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, strengths, and what you hope to accomplish through counseling. We'll also review any questions you have about the counseling process and work together to establish goals that reflect what is most important to you.
