Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a place where you have to have all the right words or pretend everything is okay! My approach combines empathy, humor, and thoughtful challenge to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while also making meaningful progress toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating BPD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and OCD. Using humor, empathy, and thoughtful challenge, I foster a supportive and engaging environment. I take an eclectic approach, while incorporating evidence-based modalities like DBT to tailor treatment to your individual experiences and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. You'll get to share your concerns, goals, and any relevant experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment free space where you can show up exactly as you are! We'll explore what you're hoping to gain from therapy, discuss any questions you may have, and begin identifying ways we can work together to support your growth and well-being.

You don't need to prepare a perfect story or have everything figured out before we meet. Just bring yourself, and we'll take it from there.
