Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Olivia Elmann, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I earned my doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and have worked with clients navigating many different challenges. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as you begin to work through what’s bringing you to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, integrative, and direct approach to therapy, focusing on helping you make meaningful progress in a way that feels grounded and applicable to your daily life. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, personality-related challenges, and long-term mental health concerns, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your specific needs. Our work will be collaborative, focused, and intentional, with an emphasis on building tools and insights that you can carry with you outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe and confidential environment where we begin getting to know each other and laying the foundation for our work together. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and start to build a strong working relationship. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being open while we begin to map out a path forward together.
