Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, teens, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. I have worked in community mental health serving children, adolescents, young adults and adults, as well as treatment centers for adolescents throughout the past 7 years. I graduated with my masters from USC's School of Social Work.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My approach is warm, genuine, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be holding you back, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

If you’re wondering what to expect from our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another, talking about what brought you to therapy, and identifying what you hope to get out of treatment. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, relevant background, and any goals you’d like to work toward, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. The first session is also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for my style, and decide whether we’re a good fit.
