Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Olivia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in community mental health.

Many of the clients I work with have spent years being the "strong" one. They often struggle with anxiety, feel constantly on edge, or find themselves repeating painful relationship patterns without fully understanding why. Others are navigating the lasting impact of trauma or major life transitions and want to feel more confident, connected, and in control of their lives.

I work with teens (12+) and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, attachment concerns, relationship difficulties, depression, and stress. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life you want.

I believe healing isn't about "fixing" who you are. It's about understanding how your experiences have influenced the way you think, feel, and relate to others, while building the skills and self-awareness needed to create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more grounded, resilient, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative. My role isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based. I tailor therapy to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based interventions, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Together, we'll explore how past experiences may be influencing your present, while building skills to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life you want.

I also believe it's important to be genuine in the therapy room. I'll provide empathy and validation while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns when they arise. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your goals, challenges, and strengths. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and understood from the very beginning.
