Great to meet you!

If you've spent years being told your reactions were "too much," your needs were inconvenient, or your way of processing the world needed fixing — I want you to know that's not what happens here. I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed care for autistic women, LGBTQ+ clients, and people navigating the ways their bodies and cycles shape their mental health.

I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with additional training in traumatic brain injuries. I came to this work partly through my own late neurodivergent identification during my MSW program — I know firsthand what it's like to reframe a lifetime of "what's wrong with me" into "this is how I actually work."

My approach to therapy

My style is direct, affirming, and challenging. Direct, because I'll tell you what I'm noticing — even when it's not the comfortable read. Affirming, because your neurology, your identity, and your body's signals are not problems to solve. Challenging, because I won't let you stay stuck in a familiar story just because it feels safer than change.

I'm not interested in helping you mask better or perform wellness for other people's comfort. My work is about mapping how you actually operate underneath the performance — the patterns, the sensory realities, the coping strategies that made sense once — and helping you build a life that fits who you actually are, not who you learned to pretend to be.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting oriented, not diagnosing you on the spot. I'll ask about what's brought you in, what's worked or hasn't worked in past therapy, and how your body, sensory world, and nervous system tend to respond under stress. You can expect me to ask direct questions, and you're welcome to ask me direct questions back — this works best as a two-way conversation, not an interview.

You won't need to perform being "fine" or have your story fully organized. Come as you are — that's genuinely the starting point I want to work from.
