Great to meet you!

Welcome to my online practice! I have nine years of experience working with clients who want support resolving anxiety and depression symptoms, facing the aftermath of trauma, carrying the weight of grief, improving communication issues in relationships, clarifying sexual and gender identity, and navigating new life stages.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrated approach of talk therapy and somatic therapy, This approach improves clarity by supporting the reduction of intrusive thoughts and transforms the often physically overwhelming experience of emotions into grounded accessible wisdom that guides your life. You will be able to improve management of symptoms as you shift away from unhelpful patterns and increase your conscious awareness of the physical experience of emotions.

What you can expect from me

We will discuss your concerns and history in the first session. This conversation will help you and I begin to build our therapeutic relationship and define your therapy goals. If you’re ready to begin—or begin again—I’d be honored to support your journey.
