Hi, I’m Olivia Lauzon and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and trauma therapist. I specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health (trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, & infertility), military and first responders, and sexual trauma. I am a certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C) through postpartum support international.
I consider myself a tough love therapist. Compassionate and kind, but I’m going to hold you accountable and be straightforward with you. I will always meet you where you are at, but my job is to challenge you while supporting you reaching your goals.
I tailor my approach to each of my clients to best fit your journey. I am trained and utilize EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), CPT (cognitive processing therapy), somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and interpersonal therapy.
Therapy is an intimate space! As we work together, my goal is to get to know you. I value genuine connection with my clients and bringing forth authenticity as I support you through your journey. Therapy with me is collaborative. You are the expert in yourself, and I bring my education and training to serve you.
