Great to meet you!

Let's work together.

I'm a mental health therapist who is passionate about creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have experience working with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions.

Clients often tell me I bring a calm, grounded presence into sessions, and that I balance warmth with practical, easy-to-use strategies. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and human, not clinical or intimidating. My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself from day one.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

I believe people thrive when they have both emotional support and concrete tools, so I work with you to build skills you can use in everyday life—whether that’s managing anxiety, staying organized, improving communication, or navigating big emotions.

Above all, I see therapy as a partnership. You’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and move toward the version of yourself you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk through what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to change or understand. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready—I move at your pace.

I’ll ask some questions to learn about your history, strengths, and goals so we can create a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for you. You can also ask me anything about the process.

By the end of the first session, my hope is that you feel supported, heard, and clear about how we’ll move forward together.
