Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Olivia Marino, LMHC, and I have been a licensed mental health counselor for over nine years. I earned my Master of Science degree from Florida State University in 2012 and have experience working with clients of all ages.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, daily life stressors, and family conflicts. My approach to therapy is client-centered, affirming, creative, and focused on problem-solving. I believe that every person has unique strengths, and I work collaboratively with clients to identify practical solutions while fostering personal growth and resilience.

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where they feel heard, respected, and understood. I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs, goals, and pace. Together, we will work toward meaningful change in a way that feels comfortable and empowering for you.

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for support during a difficult time, I am committed to helping you build the tools and confidence needed to move forward and achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, client-centered, and affirming, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals, using creativity, problem-solving, and evidence-based approaches to support growth and healing. I work with clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, daily stressors, and family conflicts. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, I help clients build coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and the goals you'd like to work toward. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. There is no pressure to have everything figured out, and I will meet you where you are. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about my approach to therapy. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that feels supportive, individualized, and aligned with your needs and goals.
