Great to meet you!

With over a decade of clinical experience, I support teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, personality patterns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles they understand intellectually but can’t seem to move through emotionally or physically, and that’s where our work begins.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices. I believe healing is not just about talking through experiences, but about learning to safely move through them helping the nervous system settle, reconnecting to the body, and building lasting regulation.

What you can expect from me

When we meet for the first time, I’ll focus on helping you feel settled and clear about why you’re here, at a pace that works for you. I’ll ask a few grounded questions to understand what’s bringing you in, what’s been hard lately, and what feeling better might actually look like for you. We may talk through what’s been tried so far, what’s helped even a little, and any constraints or strengths you bring. Together, we’ll outline a practical starting point, immediate priorities if something’s urgent, and what our next steps could look like, so you leave with a plan and a sense of direction.
