Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Olivia! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood while also helping you build tools to create meaningful change in your life.

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are, while gently challenging and encouraging you as we work toward where you want to be.

Because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, I tailor our work to you. I draw from approaches including CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and EMDR, depending on your needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for practical coping skills, a space to process what you’ve been carrying, or a deeper understanding of yourself, we’ll figure out what feels most helpful together.

I earned my degrees in Psychology and Clinical Psychology from Missouri State University, with additional training in child and family development and psychological assessment. Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as you are, feel heard, and leave feeling a little more equipped to navigate what comes next.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up authentically, without pressure or judgment. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions and experiences while also feeling empowered to grow and make meaningful changes.

I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT-informed interventions, mindfulness practices, and play therapy techniques when appropriate. I also incorporate EMDR for clients who may benefit from processing and healing from difficult or traumatic experiences.

Together, we will work to better understand patterns, build practical coping tools, strengthen self-awareness, and create movement toward the life you want at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapy space where you don’t have to pretend to have it all together. I strive to create an environment that feels warm, genuine, and free of judgment, where you are met with compassion, curiosity, and respect exactly as you are.

I believe therapy can hold both depth and lightness, so while we may work through difficult emotions and experiences, there is also room for laughter, honesty, and real conversations. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique goals, helping you build both self-understanding and practical tools that support you outside of sessions.

I aim to be a steady, supportive presence who helps therapy feel safe, empowering, and genuinely human.
