Great to meet you!

I'm Dr. Plante, MD, a board certified psychiatrist. I practice medication management with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, burnout, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what’s going on so we can understand the bigger picture and develop a treatment plan that feels thoughtful, practical, and tailored to you.

My approach to therapy

I combine evidence based medication management with an integrative view that can include lifestyle, nutritional, and medical factors when they're relevant.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is a comprehensive evaluation that usually lasts 45 to 60 minutes. We'll talk about what brings you in, your symptoms, your medical and mental health history, and your goals. Together, we'll discuss possible diagnoses and build a plan that fits your life, which may include medication, therapy recommendations, lab work, or lifestyle changes. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood and clear on next steps.
