Great to meet you!

My name is Olivia Quinn-Harris, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the sunshine state of FL. I am passionate about working to improve the lives of the clients I serve. I obtained my bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Central Florida. I have been in the social work field for 13 years and have experience working with clients across all age groups addressing matters such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, inattention, parenting, hyperactivity and defiance.

My approach to therapy

I am strengths-based and person centered in my therapeutic style. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help develop effective coping skills, distress tolerance and emotional regulation. Clients have said I am relatable, understanding and have a calming presence. I am LGBTQ+ and ADHD affirming.

What you can expect from me

Making the decision to seek assistance to address current life stressors can be a difficult decision to make, but difficult decisions result in growth. My goal as a therapist is to motivate and empower clients to make important changes in their lives throughout their time in therapy with me and beyond. I work with all of my clients to build a toolbox of coping and advocating skills. I would love the opportunity to work with you or your child!
